Class Policies
Registration Policy:
Class fees are due at the time of registration. Without payment you will not be included on the registered attendees list and you may miss out.
Space is limited, so without payment you will be placed on a waiting list. Refunds will be given if cancellations are made at least 7-days in advance. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with a minimum of 7-days notice will receive a full refund in the form of store credit.
If you must cancel with less than 7-days notice, we cannot allow you to transfer your registration fee to a future class. You can arrange for someone else to take your place at the class for which you are pre-registered and have already paid. With less than 7-days notice, you are entitled to any class handouts the teacher provides to the students. No refunds will be given.
We make every effort to meet our minimum registration before canceling a class. If a cancellation is necessary on our part, you will be notified at least 7-days before the scheduled start date. In the event that the class is canceled, you will receive a full refund which you may certainly apply toward the cost of a future class.
So that classes may begin on-time, please plan to purchase your class supplies in advance. You will receive a list of required supplies at the time of registration.
